Letting the dishes pile up in the sink

"It's so much better to wash your dishes right away than to let them pile up. I keep letting the dishes pile up because I'm lazy, but I'm trying to stop doing that.

Waiting to wash your dishes makes it take more time to wash them. That's because all the sauce and bits of food build up. If you wash your dishes right away, you don't have to spend so much time trying to get those dried bits off.
